The NYCC Story

The New York Cocktail Company believes in the undeniable and often undefinable magical quality of their storied hometown, and their portfolio of small-batch, ready-to-serve, bottled cocktails created by world-class bartenders are as elegant and timeless as New York City itself.


It’s no secret that many of the New York’s best bars pre-mix, batch, and bottle many of their signature cocktails in advance, primarily for the convenience of presenting consistent, quality cocktails in a high-volume environment.

This assures that guests will always receive the same drink using the exact house recipe, no matter the occasion or the particular bartender making the drink. And despite the appearance, it’s not as simple as just pouring in the glass. The craftsmanship of the bartender plays a hand in the complete experience–from storing the pre-mixed bottle at the right temperature; choosing the proper glassware selecting the perfect quality ice; topping off the drink with seltzer, tonic, or a flavored sparkling soda; garnishing with fresh citrus peels, hand-grated spices and seasonings, and aromatic fresh herbs; and carefully presenting it on a coaster for the guest to experience with all their senses. Each drink made conveys convenience without diminishing the quality and the emotional connection between the bartender and a guest after experiencing that first sip.

During the mandatory shut-downs and government regulations, bars had to adapt and pivot their businesses, and one way to keep serving drinks (and the community) was through ready-to-drink cocktails.
